I entered the wrong address. How can I fix it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us immediately to correct the address.
Once shipped, we cannot redirect the package and a new order will be required.
Returns & Exchanges
What if I’m not satisfied? Can I return or exchange an item?
Customized pet products are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error (such as damage).
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most non-customized items. Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.
